3D Laser Scanning (High Definition Scanning)

Using the Leica HDS4500 laser scanner we can capture very dense point cloud data for facility engineers to make accurate updates to existing drawings. Captured data can be further processed to build a virtual 3D factory. With this information, you can minimize design and construction reworks. In addition, 3D data can be used to evaluate if existing equipment can accommodate design changes. Do you need to know if new equipment can fit into the space of existing equipment? Let us scan it with our HDS4500 scanner Using special software, we can tell you ahead of time if it is going to fit. We can produce 3D models as either solids or surfaces, which can be used for collision checking or by your QA department against existing design drawings. The scanning process has been streamlined to reduce downtime during on- site visits. We have the ability to gather enormous amounts of data in a relatively short period of time with minimal on-site intrusion.
