Portable CMM Services

Just about every metrology device we own is portable and can be used at our customer's sites. We can inspect parts, fixtures with CAD files or against drawings. We have recently added a 8ft platinum FARO arm to inspect smaller parts. Here are some of applications:

• Tool build and inspect
• First article inspection
• Parts verification
• Machines layout and alignment, such as leveling and squaring
• Robot calibrations and positioning

We also use a lot of hybrid solution to tackle dimension control situations. For instance, we would use a tracker with an arm or a photogrammetry shoot with a precision total station to capture hidden points. Since our primary metrology software is Spatial Analyzer, we can very easily combine different technologies. All of our equipment is certified within the last 12 months to ensure traceability for our customers.
